 What are you thinking about these last 2 days? What types of feelings are coming up for you? Notice everything that comes up and just sit with it or write it down.

I hope you get to leave 2022 on a good end note and if this has been a hard year, I can relate. Now is your opportunity to leave it all and find a new beginning in 2023. 

This year has been great on many levels and its now time to move forward.
