Hey Friends,
Today the word that came to me was patience. I needed a lot of it since there was so much going on and lots of frustrating moment. I know that I had to practice a lot of patience not just today but in general as well.
As we have only 26 days left, I want to make sure that we focus on the days building on our values and beliefs and for me having more patience is one of them. More importantly is having patience with myself and then working on having patience with my loved ones and others.
Patience is really hard and it does take a lot of practice but I believe that if you can work on it, its one of the great qualities that you can have.
