Day 354 of 2023- 12 Days left in the year

 Hey Friends!

Just 6 days to Christmas. Hope everyone is making plans to be with loved plans, shopping and taking time off. The word for today is breathe. Don't forget to breathe in and out and really focus on the breathing. It definitely helps to stay present.
