Day 348 of 2023- 18 days left in the year

 Hey Friends,

The words that came in mind for me to focus on is I can deal with this. A lot of times I resist and I am resisting seeing a few people this holiday season. I know that I have no choice but to deal with them so my motto has become that I can deal with this.
