Day 172 of 2024- Away

 Hey Friends,

I am away visiting my cousin whom I had not seen in over 13 years. Its so nice to meet and catch up with family. One of the important things to keep in mind is to always be present.

I know that my time with my cousin and her family is short so even though I have other things going on, I always like to remind myself to be as present as I can for them and to listen more. 

So keep reminding yourself and practice to be present and listen.
