Hey Friends,
I am sure many of you are in the same boat as I am in with kids back in school. This was the first weekend for them since they started school.
The first few days back in school are always hard as they get adjusted to their schedules and go back to having a more structured schedule. School is certainly very demanding and they need to work hard. When I look at my kids, I keep remembering that I to work hard and not forget the resiliency that we all have in us.
So on this Sunday, remind your kids and yourself that yes it an adjustment back to school but they can get through it and that they have the resiliency to power through everything that comes up.
