Mondays can be hard to start, go through, and you then breathe a sigh of relief when the day ends. It may be hard to always plan for things on Monday and get tasks done at work, but remember that every Monday is the start of a new week, like a mini New Year's Day, full of possibility.
If your Monday is feeling heavy, that's normal. Instead of fighting the feeling, acknowledge it and move forward anyway. You showed up, and that's what matters.
Remember: you're not just surviving the start of another week. You're creating the foundation for everything that follows.
