Day 157 of 2025- End Of Workweek

 Hi Friends,

Happy Friday. Still thinking about lability, the ease of change, and how it shows up in the kitchen.

Take an onion. Sharp and biting when raw, but with heat and time, it softens into something sweet and golden. Same ingredient, completely different outcome.

It’s a quiet reminder that change isn’t just possible. It can be transformative, even beautiful. Just like a good meal, it takes a little patience and the right conditions.
