Day 273 of 2025- September Reflection

 Hi Friends,

It's the last day of September, and somehow we're already three-quarters of the way through the year.

Before October rushes in with its own agenda, take a moment to look back at the month that's ending. Not to judge yourself or tally up wins and losses, just to notice. To acknowledge what this month held for you.

Here are some questions worth sitting with:

What surprised you this month? Maybe something went better than expected. Maybe something challenged you in ways you didn't anticipate. What caught you off guard?

What did you learn about yourself? Even small insights count. A pattern you noticed, a boundary you set, a strength you didn't know you had.

What are you proud of? It doesn't have to be a major achievement. Maybe you showed up when it was hard. Maybe you asked for help. Maybe you just kept going.

What are you ready to let go of? As September closes, what doesn't need to follow you into October? An old worry, a habit that's not serving you, a story you've been telling yourself?

What do you want to carry forward? What momentum, what lesson, what feeling do you want to keep with you as the year winds down?

September wasn't perfect but no month ever is. But it was yours. And that matters.

Here's to what's next.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 272 of 2025- Monday Fresh Start

 Hi Friends,

Here's your Monday reminder: you get to start fresh.

Whatever happened last week the stress, the stumbles, the things left undone that was then. This is now. You're standing at the beginning of five whole days full of possibility, and that's worth something.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't need the perfect plan or the flawless mindset. You just need to show up and take the first step. Make the coffee, send the email, have the conversation, do the thing. One move at a time.

This week will have its challenges, of course it will. But it'll also have moments that surprise you. Little wins you didn't see coming. Conversations that energize you. Progress that sneaks up on you when you're not looking.

So go ahead. Give yourself permission to approach today with a little lightness. To be curious instead of anxious. To believe that good things can happen, even on a Monday.

You've got this. Not because you're perfect, but because you're here, you're trying, and that's more than enough.

Let's make it a good week.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 271 of 2025- Sunday Gratitude

 Hi Friends,

Sunday has this quiet way of asking: what are you grateful for?

Not in a forced, performative way but genuinely. When the week's noise fades and you're just here, in this moment, what actually matters?

Maybe it's the person who texted you back when you needed it. The unexpected good news that arrived on a random Tuesday. Your body, doing its thing, keeping you going even on the days you didn't treat it all that well.

Maybe it's simpler than that. Hot water for your shower. A bed that's yours. The fact that you made it through another week, even if it wasn't your best one.

It's easy to scroll past gratitude like it's just another self-help cliché. But here's the thing: noticing what's good doesn't erase what's hard. It just reminds you that both exist at the same time. That even in the middle of stress, uncertainty, or struggle, there are small anchors holding you steady.

So take a minute today. Not to perform gratitude or post about it just to feel it. To let yourself acknowledge the good that's woven into your everyday life, even when it feels invisible.

What's one thing you're grateful for right now? It doesn't have to be big. Sometimes the smallest things matter most.

Here's to your Sunday, and everything that got you here.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Day 270 of 2025- Week In Review

 Hi Friends,

Saturday morning hits different, doesn't it? Your alarm stays silent, coffee tastes slower, and suddenly there's space to actually think about the week that just happened.

Where did the last five days go? Your Monday probably feels like it was three weeks ago, yet somehow Friday was just a blink. There were wins you didn't stop to celebrate, maybe that project finally clicking into place, a conversation that went better than expected, or a small moment of getting something right.

And sure, there were the other moments too. The ones where you felt behind, distracted, or like you were just going through the motions. That email you meant to send, the call you kept postponing, the promise to yourself you didn't quite keep.

But here's what Saturday gives you: permission to let the week be what it was. Not perfect, not terrible, just real. A collection of ordinary moments that somehow add up to your life.

So today, before the weekend plans kick in and Sunday arrives with its own energy, take a breath. Acknowledge what you got done, release what you didn't, and remember that next week is a fresh start waiting for you.

What's one thing from your week worth holding onto?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 269 of 2025-Friday Motivation

 Hi Friends,

Here's a little motivation to end your week:

"A small act is worth a million thoughts" - Ai Weiwei

As we wrap up another busy week, it's easy to get caught up in endless planning, overthinking, and mental loops. We draft emails we never send, rehearse conversations that never happen, and dream of grand gestures we never make.

But here's the truth: that text you've been meaning to send to check on a friend? Send it now. The creative project gathering dust while you "perfect" your approach? Start it today. The compliment you've been thinking about giving someone? Say it out loud.

The Chinese artist and activist Ai Weiwei understood something profound about human nature. We can spend hours, days, even years thinking about what we should do, could do, or might do. Yet a single small action however imperfect creates real change in the world.

Think about it: one genuine "thank you" can brighten someone's entire day. One small step toward your goal moves you closer than a thousand perfectly crafted plans. One moment of courage, however brief, can shift everything.

This weekend, try this simple challenge: instead of thinking about what you want to do, just do one small thing. Pick up the phone. Write the first sentence. Take the first step.

Because at the end of the day, the world is changed by people who act, not by people who think about acting.

What small act will you choose today?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 268 of 2025- 100 Days to Christmas

 Hi Friends,

Isn't it exciting that we are just 100 days away from Christmas? It's one of my favorite holidays, and I'm super excited that it's so close. The twinkling lights, cozy gatherings, and that magical feeling in the air, there's something truly special about this time of year approaching.

But here's what this milestone also means: it's time to get really clear and tighten our focus on year-end goals. With just over three months left in the year, now is the perfect moment to take stock of where we are and where we want to be by December 31st.

Think about it those resolutions you made in January, the projects you started in spring, the dreams you've been nurturing all year. This is crunch time, but it's also opportunity time. There's still enough runway to make meaningful progress, finish strong, and set yourself up for an amazing start to next year.

So while we're counting down to Christmas cookies and holiday movies, let's also count down to crushing those goals. After all, there's no better gift to give yourself than the satisfaction of a year well-lived and objectives achieved.

What goals are you focusing on in these final 100 days? The countdown starts now!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 267 of 2025- Catching Dawn

 Hi Friends,

Today I saw the beautiful sky starting to get lit as I wrapped up my very quick, short walk this morning. I could not take a picture but it reminded me of honoring the season we are in and as I wrote yesterday about our light and shadow sides, sometimes the most profound moments can't be captured, they can only be experienced.

That morning sky, painted in soft pastels before the world fully awakened, was nature's gentle reminder that every season has its own gifts. We're moving deeper into autumn now, and there's something powerful about witnessing dawn during this transitional time. The light comes later, stays softer, and asks us to slow down just enough to notice. As leaders of our own lives, we need to honor whatever season we're in whether it's a time of growth, rest, transition, or renewal. Fighting against our natural rhythms is like trying to force summer in October.

I guess the lesson from this morning was just embrace where you are right now.

Have a great hump day!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 266 of 2025-Lessons From Fall Equinox

 Hi Friends,

So yesterday was also equal day and equal night. It's fascinating how nature works and shows us all these fantastic things. The equal day and night comes only in the fall and spring, these precious moments called equinoxes when our planet finds perfect balance between light and darkness, reminding us that harmony isn't just possible, it's natural.

Just as the Earth tilts into equilibrium twice a year, we too need to find our own points of balance. The autumn equinox teaches us that there's wisdom in honoring both our active, productive hours and our quiet, restorative ones. We often push ourselves toward endless daylight, constant doing, achieving, and striving but nature shows us that darkness has equal value.

It's in those quieter moments that we recharge, reflect, and prepare for what's ahead. Perhaps the most profound self-care lesson from yesterday's equinox is this: balance isn't about perfection, it's about recognizing that both our light and shadow sides deserve equal respect and attention in the rhythm of our lives. And this balance? It's essential leadership leading yourself first. You can't guide others effectively if you haven't learned to honor your own seasons of doing and being, your own need for both illumination and rest.

Have a great Tuesday!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 265 of 2025- The Last 100 Days And Making The Final Quarter Count

 Hi Friends,

Today marks day 265 of 2025, which means we've officially hit the milestone: exactly 100 days left in the year. If that doesn't make you pause for a second, I don't know what will.

One hundred days feels both like forever and no time at all. It's long enough to build a new habit, finish that project you've been putting off, or completely transform how you approach something. But it's also short enough that every day actually matters. There's no room for the "I'll start next month" mentality that we love to hide behind.

I used to dread this time of year because it felt like a countdown to all the things I hadn't accomplished yet. The goals I set in January that got buried under everyday life. But here's what I've learned: those first 265 days? They were practice. These final 100 days are where you take control and actually lead your year to a strong finish.

One hundred days is roughly three months, but it's also 14 weeks, or about 2,400 hours. When you break it down like that, it suddenly feels like you have options. You could read 20 books if you committed to one every five days. You could learn the basics of a new language. You could have 100 meaningful conversations with people who matter to you. You could write that thing you've been thinking about for years.

The beauty of having exactly 100 days is that it's the perfect window to become the leader of your own life. You can't drift anymore – you have to make decisions. You have to prioritize. You have to step up and take ownership of how this year ends. This is your chance to prove to yourself that you can follow through when it matters.

I'm not just thinking about my own 100 days, I'm commanding them. I'm deciding exactly what I want them to look like and then making it happen. I want to be someone who shows up as the leader of my own choices, who takes charge of the small things that compound into something bigger. I want to have real conversations because I initiated them. I want to create something because I stopped waiting for permission. I want to end 2025 knowing I was the CSO of my own life, not just a passenger.

The holidays will come whether we're ready or not. The new year will arrive with its own pressures and possibilities. But right now, you have 100 clean days to lead. That's 100 chances to take charge, to make executive decisions about your time, to step up and actually direct how your year ends instead of just letting it happen to you.

Stop waiting for motivation. Stop hoping things will get easier. Step up and lead these final 100 days like the leader you are. What would make you proud? What would prove to yourself that you can take control when it counts? What would make you walk into 2026 knowing you finished strong?

Your 100-day leadership challenge starts now.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours.

Day 264 of 2025-Empty

 Hi Friends,

Sunday hits different when you're already wiped out from a long week. Saturday was packed, I barely recovered, and now I'm facing another day of obligations with an absolutely empty tank. My energy reserves are officially tapped out, but the day still needs to happen somehow.

When I'm running on fumes like this, I've learned to triage everything ruthlessly. I look at my Sunday list and circle only what absolutely cannot be moved to next week. Everything else gets pushed or simplified because this isn't about being lazy, it's about being strategic when I literally have nothing left to give.

I try to batch similar tasks together because every transition feels exhausting. If I have to go out, I hit three errands in one trip instead of making separate journeys. I bundle meal prep so I'm only in the kitchen once. Each time I have to switch gears, it costs energy I simply don't have.

The hardest part is lowering the bar on everything, but it's necessary. My outfit doesn't need to impress anyone, it needs to be comfortable enough to get me through my evening obligation.

I've started building in micro-breaks between obligations, even if it's just five minutes sitting in my car before the next thing. These tiny buffers prevent the day from feeling like one endless sprint toward collapse. I also try to prep for Monday's chaos now because when I'm this exhausted, Monday morning is going to hit like a truck. Laying out clothes and prepping coffee while I'm depleted means my future self won't have a complete meltdown.

Sometimes I have to accept that recovery just isn't happening today. Sunday becomes about strategic survival until I can actually rest, and honestly, that has to be enough.

When you're this drained, getting through Sunday intact so you can start fresh tomorrow feels like a victory in itself.

What's your emergency protocol when Sunday feels completely impossible?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my to yours!

Day 263 of 2025-What Weekend?

 Hi Friends,

Friday's over, but plot twist, you still feel like garbage. Saturday hits and that bone-deep exhaustion is still camping out in your chest. Oh, and both days are crammed with family stuff, errands, social obligations, and that thing you promised you'd do three weeks ago.

So much for recovery time.

When my weekend looks more like a marathon than a break, I've stopped pretending I'm going to magically bounce back. Instead, I get sneaky about finding relief in weird places. Maybe it's blasting my favorite song during the grocery run, or taking the long way home just to sit in silence for five extra minutes.

I look for small ways to make things easier on myself. Saturday lunch? No cooking, I'm ordering out. That deep clean I planned? Maybe just the kitchen counter gets wiped down. Something's gotta give, and it might as well be the stuff that doesn't actually matter.

For this particular weekend, I've stopped calling it a weekend at all. It's just Saturday and Sunday with different clothes on. When I drop the expectation that these two hectic days should somehow fix everything wrong with my week, the pressure lifts a little.

Sometimes life doesn't give you recovery time, it gives you two more days to survive. And honestly? Surviving can be enough.

How do you fake a break when there's no actual break to be found?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 262 of 2025- Heavy Friday

 Hi Friends,

The end of the week is so tiring. In a way, you're glad that it's Friday, but if you've had a busy week with not much sleep, it's going to feel like a very heavy Friday that you carry over into the weekend.

Some of the things I do to manage feeling heavy on Friday:

Accept I'm tired. No point fighting it or pretending I'm at 100%. I acknowledge the exhaustion and work with it, not against it.

Keep my to-do list tiny. Only the absolute essentials make it onto Friday's list. Everything else can wait until Monday.

Plan something to look forward to. Whether it's takeout dinner or a hot bath, having something nice waiting at the end of the day makes the heaviness more bearable.

Set Monday up for success. Ten minutes of prep on Friday saves me from starting the next week feeling behind.

The goal isn't to push through and pretend everything's fine. It's to honor the weight of a tough week and create space to actually recover. Your weekend should recharge you, not continue the stress.

What do you do when Friday feels too heavy?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 261 of 2025- I Said No

 Hi Friends,

Leading yourself means recognizing that you are the author of your own story, with the unique ability to make the choices that shape your life's direction.

Recently, I experienced this. After a phone interview, I received a text message inviting me to the next round. On paper, this should have felt like progress, a step closer to a new opportunity. But something didn't sit right. The interview had left me with an uneasy feeling that I couldn't quite shake.

I spent time reflecting on that gut instinct. What was it trying to tell me? Sometimes the most important conversations we have are the ones we have with ourselves. After careful consideration, I made a decision that surprised even me: I declined to move forward.

This wasn't about being ungrateful or impulsive. It was about honoring what I knew to be true for myself in that moment.

Here's what I've learned: while it's valuable to consult with trusted friends and weigh the pros and cons of any decision, ultimately, you are the only one who can decide when, how, and in which direction to move forward. Others can offer perspectives, but they can't live your choices for you.

Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is say no to what doesn't align with your path, creating space for what truly does.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 260 of 2025- Choosing

 Hi Friends,

After realizing that our time is the most valuable thing we can trade, the next step is remembering that we always have a choice in how we spend it.

We may not control every circumstance at work, roles shift, leaders change, companies restructure—but we still choose how we respond. We choose where to direct our energy, what values guide us, and whether we keep following a path that no longer serves us.

Even in the smallest decisions, saying yes to one project, saying no to another, carving out space for yourself, you are shaping your life. Those choices add up, and over time, they create the story you’ll tell about how you worked and how you lived.

Leading yourself is about making those choices consciously. It’s trusting yourself enough to decide what matters most and aligning your life with it. Because in the end, the company doesn’t define your story—you do.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 259 of 2025- Work Time

 Hi Friends,

In thinking about security, another truth becomes clear: every job is also a trade of time. We give hours of our lives in exchange for a paycheck, believing that exchange will provide safety, comfort, or stability.

Some days that trade feels worth it, and other days it feels costly. The question we rarely ask is—how much of our time are we willing to sell, and for what return? If the return is only money, the trade can feel empty. But if the work also brings purpose, growth, or joy, the exchange becomes more valuable.

Spending time with yourself helps you see if the trade you’re making is the one you actually want. Leading yourself means choosing intentionally deciding not just how much time you’ll give away, but what kind of life you’ll create with the time you keep. Because time is the most expensive currency you’ll ever spend and when you lead yourself, you make sure it’s invested wisely.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 258 of 2025-The Illusion Of Security

 Hi Friends,

Yesterday I wrote about how someone I knew gave 35 years to a company and was let go with only three days’ notice. It reminded me how fragile the idea of “job security” really is.

We spend so much of our lives working because we believe it gives us stability. But in reality, that security can disappear overnight. A company can restructure, a role can become irrelevant, or leadership can change and suddenly everything feels uncertain.

That doesn’t mean work is meaningless. It means we shouldn’t confuse it with identity or security. True security comes from within our skills, our relationships, and our resilience.

The more time we spend with ourselves, the more we discover what truly matters. When you lead yourself first, external shifts don’t shake you as deeply. You begin to trust that no matter what changes, you’ll know how to stand, adapt, and move forward.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 257 of 2025- Disposable

 Hi Friends,

So, I found out that someone I know at my job was terminated. She had been with the company for 35 years. That’s a long time and she was only given three days’ notice.

It’s sad to think that after dedicating so much of her professional life to one place, she was let go just like that. But that is life, it can change at any given moment. I’ve always heard, and I’ve come to believe, that everyone is replaceable on the job. It doesn’t matter how much time, effort, or service you’ve given to a company. The truth is, any one of us can be replaced at any time.

So why not relax a little? Why not follow your heart, lead yourself, and truly go after what you want?

Think about it. You may be working 10–12 hours a day, and before you know it, those days turn into years and one day, you’ll look back and realize it’s been 35 years. If you’re giving so much of your time, make sure what you’re doing brings you joy.

At the end of the day, jobs will come and go, but the time and energy you give can never be returned. So spend it wisely, doing work, and living a life that actually matters to you.

Have a great weekend!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 256 of 2025- End Of Week, Higher Bar

 Hi Friends,

The end of the week isn’t a time to coast, it’s a test. Did I raise the bar higher than where I started on Monday? Or did I let it slip back into comfort and routine?

Leadership means I don’t settle for just “getting through” the week. My moral responsibility is to finish stronger than I began. That means holding myself to the same high standard on Friday evening that I set on Monday morning.

The bar doesn’t drop because the weekend is near. If anything, it climbs higher. Because every week is another chance to prove, to myself, that I’m leading, not following.

Reflective Question: Where does your bar stand at the end of this week—and what will you do to raise it even higher next week?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 255 of 2025-No Excuses

 Hi Friends,

Moral responsibility doesn’t wait for a “better time.” It starts today. Right now. Every excuse I make lowers the bar, and every action I take—no matter how small—raises it.

The truth is, nobody else can do this work for me. Nobody else can set my standard or walk my path. That weight belongs to me, and so does the reward.

So today, I strip away the excuses. I do the work. I raise the bar. And in doing so, I lead myself where I need to go.

Reflective Question: What excuse do you need to let go of today so you can raise your bar?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 254 of 2025- The Higher Standard

 Hi Friends,

The standard I set for myself today will shape the life I live tomorrow. That’s why raising the bar isn’t optional, it’s the foundation of self-leadership and being a CSO.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about direction. I choose to demand more of myself, not because it’s easy, but because it’s right. That’s what moral responsibility looks like: refusing to settle, refusing to coast, refusing to let today slip away without growth.

The question to ask every morning is: What does raising the bar look like for me today? And then go live it.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 253 of 2025- Raise It Today

 Hi Friends,

Setting the bar high isn’t a future goal it’s a present duty. If I wait until tomorrow, the bar will already have lowered itself through excuses, comfort, or hesitation. My moral responsibility is to raise it today, to demand more of myself than I did yesterday.

Each choice I make now, no matter how small, is a reflection of the standard I set for my life. Will I act with integrity? Will I show up with discipline? Will I take one more step even when no one is watching?

The only real competition is the person I was yesterday. And the only way to win is to outgrow her today. To me this is my role as a CSO.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 252 of 2025-Keep Walking

 Hi Friends,

Being my own leader sets the bar high, higher than anyone else ever could. I aim, then aim again, each time pushing one step further, one step higher. It’s not just ambition; it’s my moral responsibility to myself.

In my last post, I wrote about crossroads and the courage it takes to move forward. The path itself didn’t matter—it was the act of walking that made the difference. And that’s the truth of life: we must keep walking. Step by step. Choice by choice.

Leadership of self begins with listening to your conscience. That quiet voice inside doesn’t always shout, but it always knows. And when I choose to honor it, I lead myself with clarity, integrity, and purpose.

So here’s the challenge: Are you willing to raise the bar for yourself, not once, but again and again? Will you choose to walk, even when the path is unclear?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 251 of 2025-Crossroads

 HI Friends,

I realized I have been traveling alone, and many times I’ve stood at a crossroads with no signs. One path feels safe, familiar, almost too easy. The other is uncertain, tangled, and demanding.

For a long time, I waited hoping someone else would show me which way to go. But no one ever came. And that’s when it hit me: the leader I was waiting for was me.

Being a leader of self doesn’t mean knowing exactly what’s ahead. It means trusting yourself enough to take the next step, even when the road is unclear.

This is not about the path I chose, it’s about choosing to walk.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 250 of 2025- 115

 Hi Friends,

We are 250 days in the year with 115 days left in the year.

Not a lot, not a little just enough. Enough to write a new chapter, enough to undo excuses, enough to prove something to yourself.

Think of the year as a book. The first 250 pages are already written. Some of it may be messy, some of it brilliant, but the ending is still unwritten. And the ending is what people remember.

So the real question isn’t “Where did the days go?” The real question is: What story do you want these last 115 pages to tell?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 249 of 2025- Feeling Stuck

 Hi Friends,

As I have been posting about September and the first days, if you are feeling stuck, here is a great quote I came across from Stephen Hawking: “If you feel like you are in a black hole, don’t give up. There’s a way out.”

So if you feel like it’s too much, know that there is always a way. The important thing to remember is not to give up. I feel sometimes we start strong, but the day-to-day gets to us, or we just lose the willpower. With the month just starting, and keeping in mind that only three more months are left in the year, there is a way… always.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 248 of 2025- Check point

 Hi Friends,

Week one of September is done. Here’s the truth: most people start strong, but they don’t check themselves until it’s too late. You’ve got the advantage right now. Stop. Evaluate. Did your actions this week match your intentions or did you slip back into August habits?

The end of the month is shaped by what you build week by week. Don’t wait until September 30th to find out if you led yourself or drifted.

Reflection for you: What’s the one adjustment you need to make right now so the rest of September plays out the way you want?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 247 of 2025- Your Non- Negotiables

 Hi Friends,

September will test you. Distractions will creep in. Comfort will whisper. People will pull you in every direction. The only way through? Non-negotiables. The actions, disciplines, and standards you refuse to compromise no matter what.

Without non-negotiables, you drift. With them, you lead.

Reflection for you: What are the three non-negotiables you must lock in this month to keep yourself on course?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 246 of 2025- Midweek

 Hi Friends,

Three days in. This is where the “new month energy” starts to fade and the grind begins to bite. Most people wait for motivation to return. Leaders don’t. They look in the mirror midweek and ask: am I actually moving, or just busy?

Momentum isn’t built on activity it’s built on progress. The difference? Progress takes courage. It forces you to cut the fluff, stop hiding behind planning, and move the ball down the field.

Reflection for you: If you’re honest, what’s the one thing you’ve been avoiding this week that, if done today, would push you forward?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Day 245 of 2025-The Standards

 Hi Friends,

It’s only day two, and already you’re setting the rules for September whether you realize it or not. Every choice right now defines your standard for this month. Cut corners, and you’ll do it again. Hold the line, and you’ll strengthen it.

Leaders don’t rise to the level of their goals they fall to the level of their standards. So if you’re serious about building something new this month, it won’t come from talking big. It’ll come from enforcing the standard you refuse to break.

Reflection for you: Where in your life do you need to raise the standard right now before it drags September down with it?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Day 244 of 2025-September Is Wide Open

 Hi Friends

New Day. New week. New month. Clean slate.

Yesterday was about reflection. Today is about decision. September doesn’t come with guarantees it comes with possibility. And possibility means nothing unless you step into it with action.

Most people will drag August’s baggage into this month. Same excuses, same distractions, same half-commitments. That’s not you. You already did the work to be honest about August. Now the question is: what will you do differently in September?

This month is wide open. Blank pages waiting for your pen. You don’t control the ending—but you damn sure control how you start.

So make the move. Start today like you mean it. Don’t let September happen to you, lead it.

Reflection for you: What single action can you take today that sets the tone for your entire month?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace
