It’s only day two, and already you’re setting the rules for September whether you realize it or not. Every choice right now defines your standard for this month. Cut corners, and you’ll do it again. Hold the line, and you’ll strengthen it.
Leaders don’t rise to the level of their goals they fall to the level of their standards. So if you’re serious about building something new this month, it won’t come from talking big. It’ll come from enforcing the standard you refuse to break.
