Day 278 of 2022-Hump Day Motivation

 Stephen Covey said "Our ultimate freedom is the right and power to decide how anybody or anything outside ourselves will affect us".

We have the power and we get to decide. Always remember that. We get to choose and if something bothers you or someone says something that affects you, you decide how you will take that or not take it. Take a step back from what was said or done and then work through the feelings. 

We have the ultimate freedom and don't let anyone take it from you.
