It's nice when we have 31 days in a month. Somehow that extra day does seem to help in some way. Its the last day of October and time to really think about the end of the year and month.
What are some of your accomplishments this month? What did you try this month and what lessons did you learn?
I like thinking about the end of the month and just reflecting not just how quickly the month went but everything else that happened. Take some time to list things you are grateful as well. Its important to reflect and then move forward.
