Day 289 of 2022-Sunday rest

 When we think of Sunday, we think of rest, groceries, getting ready for the week, maybe working etc. Sundays are meant for a lot of things. It could also mean that you need to get your mindset in the right place. 

I tend of think of Sundays as a day of reflection and rest.
