Hi Friends,
I’m going to start with something a little different this week, preparing myself for the possibility of a not-so-good day. Lately, I’ve been working with people whose temperaments can be all over the place, and I felt the impact of that last week. This time, knowing what I know, I want to get ahead of it and prepare myself mentally.
Here are a few things I’m focusing on:

Reminding myself that other people’s moods don’t define mine.

Choosing calm over reaction, even when tensions rise.

Taking small breaks to reset if I feel my own energy slipping.

Giving myself permission to step back instead of pushing through unnecessary conflict.
At the end of the day, I can’t control how others show up but I can control how I do. That shift in perspective is what helps me stay steady.
So as I move into the week, I’m choosing to protect my peace, focus on what I can influence, and let the rest go.
