Here’s how to make doing right your instinct:

1. Define a Personal Code
   Identify three values you refuse to compromise honesty, generosity, accountability. Write them down and review them every morning.

2. Pause and Decide
   When a choice arises, take a breath, name the right action, and commit out loud or jot it down. Use the mantra “What’s right over what’s easy.”

3. Reflect Daily
   Each night, note one decision that honored your code, one that didn’t, and how you’ll strengthen tomorrow.
