Hi Friends,
Today brought major storms, the kind that make you pause and pay attention. The sky got darker, the rain came down hard, and for a while, everything felt intense and unsettled. Storms have a way of reminding us that we are not always in control of what moves through our day.
But after it passed, there was something really nice about the shift, the air felt cooler and refreshed.
It made me think about how sometimes life works the same way. We go through moments that feel heavy, loud, or uncomfortable. We may not enjoy them while they are happening. But on the other side, there can be a sense of relief and usually what follows it is exactly what we needed.
