Here we are almost mid month. How is the month going for you? Here are some reflective questions to think about in mid month:
What has been going well this month?
What has felt harder than expected?
Is there anything you need to adjust before the month ends?
What is one thing you want to give more attention to?
What is one thing you may need to let go of?
Mid-month is a good time to pause, not to judge yourself, but to check in honestly.
There is still time to reset, refocus, and move through the rest of the month with more intention.
