Day 127 of 2026- Look

 Hi Friends,

Have you ever looked up during work, glanced outside your window, and simply noticed?

Try staring out for a few minutes and see what comes up internally.

I have made it a regular habit to look outside, no matter how busy I am, and just pause for a few minutes. Nothing fancy. No pressure to think deeply. Just look out.

You can do it while seated, and hopefully, you have a window nearby.
