Good Morning you all! How are you feeling my friends? Its a brand new month so today spend sometime reflecting on how and what your intentions are going to be for the month of May. What are some of the things you intend to do for yourself?
For me, this month is all about controlling my eating, being strong and overcoming my cravings and accepting where I am.
The acceptance is the hard part and the one I really need to focus on. I once heard that in order to change anything, you have to first accept where you are. It makes sense and leaning in to the discomfort is the hardest part but honestly the most important.
So today spend sometime thinking about your intentions. We tend to just go with whatever is going on and sometimes you have no choice for things out of your control, but for the things within your control, really think about your intentions. How are you going to show up for the month of May?
Reflecting on your intentions is an investment in your own life. So really spend sometime today thinking about it.
