What's happening my friends! Happy hump day. How are you feeling this afternoon. How is work or home life going? We are nearing the end of May and I am so excited for the summer.
So remember my last post dreading my interview and really feeling the burnout. Well, I am in for round 2...agh!! I wish they had just eliminated me. The role seems to be very similar to what I am doing now but the office is a lot closer, like super close so at least my commute will be really easy.
We will see how things go and for now, I am just hanging in there. Don't know what will happen but it is what it is right.
So for your something to think about tip, go outside and just feel the warmth on your body. If its warm where you are, get outside and just be in the sun. I love the way the sun makes me feel and the warmth just feels good to my bones.
We don't get to spend too much time outdoors but really make it a habit when its nice to get outside. Take a few deep breathes and just enjoy being outdoors.
My goal like is to get out and walk as much as I can this summer. Work and this interviewing is so stressful and just being the sun helps to clear my mind. What walking goals do you have or can create? It does not need to be long, even just a few minutes a day will do wonders for your body.
So get out and get some sun!! Notice how you feel.
