Good Morning you all! How are you feeling? I am really tired today but I made it to the gym this morning and am glad that I did.
So lots going on right? Do you feel like you are constantly moving and your thought are constantly in your mind trying to rule your every feeling and action. It happens and is totally normal. The tip of the day is to just notice how much you get wrapped up in your thoughts.
Don't judge it but just notice your thoughts. Its like a constant chatter in your mind that never wants to stop even as you try to fall asleep.
When you notice it, just have the awareness of all the words that it is saying. Be with it and accept it for now. Having the awareness of anything is the first big step.
I notice my thoughts and sometimes say out loud "oh you again". I go about doing my daily duties with work and home and when its gets to much, I step outside and look at the sky and just be with nature.
That really helps me disconnect my thoughts for a few minutes and brings a sense of relief knowing that it my non stop chatting brain. I smile and let it be and move on.
So today, notice your thoughts and maybe some up with a name for it. Label it and take a walk outside and look up at the sky. What do you notice?
