Hello Friends! How are you all doing on this lovely Sunday morning! It is finally getting warmer and I am so glad. This is really my season.
So here we are mid May. How is the month going so far for you? Spend sometime reflecting on the last 2 weeks. Did you set some goals or are you thinking ahead as some of the Covid restrictions relax? What does that mean personally for you? I find that spending sometime thinking about how things are going so far enables me to plan for the rest of the month.
It is so important to not just think about the doing but also all that you have accomplished. Speak kind words to yourself EVERY single day no matter what. So what if you have not accomplished your New Years goal or any other goal for that matter. There is always tomorrow and you can always restart whenever you need to.
This journey is yours to live. Its something that I always have to remind myself. There is no right way but only the way that works for you. Spend sometime thinking about how you would like to end the month. Do you need to reach out to someone or have that important communication that you have been putting off? What else is going on this month for you? Any vacation plans for the long memorial weekend?
Spend sometime reflecting, and always loving yourself all the way. Take sometime off and enjoy this time with family and kids. This time will never come back.
