Day 123 of 2021-Eat fruit

 Good Monday Morning! How are you doing today? Hope you had a fun and relaxing weekend. Today my intention is to eat more fruits and I am going to challenge you to do the same. 

The goal is to eat at least 3-5 servings of fruit, not fruit juice. I am referring to whole fruits or even having a smoothie. My kids always love strawberry smoothie so I buy a bag of frozen strawberries and always make sure that I have it on hand. 

Maybe you could try a new fruit. Its always good to eat what is in season so see what you can find at your local grocery store. I am planning on getting some groceries later so may get a mango or papaya if I can find it. 

I am sure you know that eating fruit and vegetables is really good for you. There is enough already written about the health benefits so I am not going to get into it. The challenge today is to make it a priority if you are not already doing so. 

So today its all about the fruit! All, have a wondering day and remember you matter and I love you! Hang in there and know that no matter what you are going through "this to shall pass".
