How are you my friends! What's the feeling this morning? I am feeling calmer but a little tired.
So there is a long weekend coming up and your something to think about today is how can you front load your week so that you get to relax more towards the end of the week into the weekend.
By that I mean, take sometime to look at your schedule and see how you can arrange the beginning of the week to get the things done so come Thursday and especially Friday you feel more relaxed as we get into the long weekend .
I for one plan will plan to get all the work related deadlines done sooner so that I can chill out more towards the end of the week. That means getting more organized with planning with the team on how we can schedule things for the week. For me, and I am sure for most of you, a lot of what I do depends on the others so its hard to completely rearrange things. But I am going to move things that I can and that are within my control to get it done before Wednesday.
Take a look at your schedule and see if you can front load your week with things that you need to do be it work or personal. Its does put a certain amount of pressure as you think about it but if you focus on the goal of being more relaxed into the weekend it will hopefully be a motivator.
And if you can't than definitely take more time to find a way to relax and refresh.
