Hi Friends,
It’s the last day of November. I have to say, the last few days felt great almost like “going off the clock.” With the long holiday weekend, schedules get pushed around. Wake-up times vary, eating times change, and there’s (hopefully) a lot more down time.
As we end this month, I’m feeling super grateful. As I think back on November, here are some questions that came up for me, and I hope you’ll use them to reflect as well:
-
When were the moments I stayed grounded? In other words, with everything happening around me, how did I manage to stay true to myself?
-
How did I make someone’s day better?
-
Did I spend enough time with my loved ones?
-
Did I take care of myself, like going to the gym or doing something that supports my well-being?
-
Did I learn anything new about myself?
-
What was my biggest challenge this month, and how did I face it?
I hope these questions help you reflect on the month. The goal is to look back, close things out with intention, and carry forward only what you truly need.
Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!
Peace
Monita
