Hi Friends,
Here we are at the last day of July 7 months into the year. I was at Costco, and they already have the Halloween decorations up! It got me excited.
I hope you had a great month, and I hope you are feeling excited. If you are not, I hope you find at least one, if not more, reasons to be excited.
Yes, there are only 5 months left in the year, but it's still 5 months. Make a plan to end the year strong.
In the meantime, here are some reflective questions for the month:
- What did you get excited about this month?
- What are some of your gains this month? At work, home, or the gym?
- If you managed to take time off from work, what are you grateful for during that time off?
- What are you grateful for right now in terms of where you are?
- How can you close out the month today with one small goal?
