Hi Friends,
What is it about October that just feels right?
Maybe it's the way the air finally turns crisp after months of summer heat. Or how pumpkins suddenly appear everywhere on porches, in lattes, baked into every pie imaginable. There's a magic to this month that's hard to put into words but impossible not to feel.
October sits in that sweet spot: cool enough to need a sweater, warm enough to leave the windows open. Not too cold, not too hot. Just... perfect.
The trees know it too. They're letting go, transforming, showing us that change can be beautiful instead of scary. There's a quietness settling in, an invitation to slow down and savor before the holidays sweep us up in their whirlwind.
So what does this shift in the air stir up in you?
As October begins, consider:
- What do I want to create or complete this month?
- How can I embrace change the way trees embrace autumn boldly and beautifully?
- What small pleasure will I savor this October? (A walk through falling leaves? That first slice of apple pie? Cozy evenings with a good book?)
October doesn't ask much of us. It simply invites us to notice the colors, the comfort, the quiet transformation happening all around.
Here's to a month of pumpkins, pies, and possibility.
Welcome, October. We've been waiting for you.
Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!
Peace
Monita
