It's Friday. The first Friday of October. The first Friday of the final 90 days.
And there's something about Fridays that makes us feel a little more honest with ourselves, isn't there?

- How do I want to feel when this year ends?
These aren't small questions. They're the kind that cut through the noise and get straight to your heart.
This Friday, give yourself permission to sit with them. No rush. No perfect answers.
