I keep thinking about the phrase “work of art” from Camus’s quote that I shared yesterday. As I transition into a new role, learning new responsibilities and meeting new people, I find myself wondering how can I view this as a work of art? I want my work to shine, to make an impact, and for this transition to unfold smoothly. But maybe that’s exactly what makes it art, the process, not the perfection.
Starting over, in any role or at any stage, is truly a creative act. It takes patience, courage, and a willingness to embrace the unknown. Every mistake, every small win, every moment of doubt, they’re all brushstrokes on the canvas of becoming.
So here’s to the art of starting again to learning, evolving, and finding beauty in the unfinished.
