Hi Friends,
Here we are the last day of October. Can you believe it? Ten months of 2025 are officially done and dusted, checked off the calendar. We're standing at the threshold of the final two months of the year, and before we rush headlong into the holiday season and year-end chaos, I want us to pause. Just breathe. And reflect.
October has been quite a month, hasn't it? Whether it flew by in a blur or crawled along with its challenges, it deserves our attention. Each month is a chapter in our story, and this one, like all the others has shaped us in ways we might not even realize yet.
So let's take some time to really sit with these questions:
What went well for you this month? Maybe you finally finished that project you'd been putting off, or perhaps you had a meaningful conversation with someone you love. Maybe it was something small a perfect cup of coffee on a crisp morning, or a moment when you felt truly present. Celebrate those wins, no matter how tiny they seem.
What did you overcome? Think about the obstacles you faced. Did you push through a difficult work deadline? Navigate a tricky relationship situation? Face a fear, even just a little bit? Acknowledging what you've conquered reminds you of your own resilience.
What did you learn about yourself? October might have revealed something new a boundary you need to set, a passion you want to explore, or a pattern you're ready to break. Self-discovery doesn't always come with fanfare; sometimes it's a quiet realization that changes everything.
What was difficult for you? It's okay to name the hard stuff. Maybe you struggled with stress, loneliness, uncertainty, or exhaustion. Acknowledging difficulty isn't dwelling on the negative it's honoring your experience and giving yourself permission to feel what you felt.
How did you take time for yourself this month? Did you carve out moments of rest? Read a book, take a walk, say no to something that would have drained you? Or maybe you're realizing you didn't and that's valuable information too. Self-care isn't selfish; it's essential.
As you sit with these reflections, take a moment to be grateful not just for October, but for all ten months that have brought you to this point. You've navigated challenges, celebrated victories, learned lessons, and kept moving forward even when it was hard. You've grown in ways you might not even see yet, but trust me, it's there. You've come a long way, and you should be proud of yourself.
Now, let's shift our gaze forward. Two months remain two months to finish strong, to set intentions, to create the ending to 2025 that feels right for you. Not perfect, just purposeful.
Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!
Peace
Monita
