Hi Friends,
It’s mid-October, a good time for a mid-month reflection.
There are about two and a half months left in the year. Somehow, that feels both like a lot of time and not much at all.
Maybe you started the year with intentions that got lost in the noise.
Maybe some dreams took shape while others faded quietly into the background.
Either way, this moment right here the middle of the month, the edge of a season is an invitation to pause and realign.
You don’t need a massive reset or a detailed plan.
Just one small, intentional action to point yourself back toward what matters.
Small steps, done consistently, carry more power than big ideas that never move past “someday.”
As you reflect, ask yourself:
-
What’s one thing I’d still love to make progress on before the year ends?
-
What tiny step could I take toward it today something so small it’s impossible to fail?
-
What’s one thing I can release or stop doing, to make space for what really matters?
-
How do I want to feel when December 31st arrives proud, peaceful, present?
You don’t have to finish the year perfectly.
You just have to finish it intentionally.
So start small. Start now.
Send the message. Take the walk. Write the paragraph. Make the call.
Mid-October is as good a time as any to begin again.
Because two and a half months is plenty of time for something meaningful to shift
if you start where you are, with what you have, today.
Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!
Peace
Monita
